【摘要】:Thisdocumentestablishesthegeneralprincipleandthetechnicalprotocolforthevalidationofalter-nativemethodsinthefieldofmicrobiologicalanalysisoffood,animalfeedingstuffandenvironmentalandveterinarysamples(see5.1.1.2.1)for:—thevalidationofalternativemethodswhichcanbeusedinparticularintheframeworkoftheoffi-cialcontrol;—theinternationalacceptanceoftheresultsobtainedbythealternativemethod.Italsoestablishesthegeneralprinciplesofcertificationofthesealternativemethods,basedonthevalidationprotocoldefinedinthisdocument(see4.2).Whereanalternativemethodisusedonaroutinebasisforinternallaboratoryusewithoutthere-quirementtomeet(higher)externalcriteriaofqualityassurance,alessstringentcomparativevalida-tionofthealternativemethodthanthatsetinthisstandardmaybeappropriate.
