【摘要】:ThisStandardaddressesthecommunicationofpartorallofelectronichealthrecords(EHR)ofasingleidentifiedsubjectofcarebetweenEHRsystems,orbetweenEHRsystemsandacentralisedEHRdatarepository.ItmayalsobeusedforEHRcommunicationbetweenanEHRsystemorrepositoryandclinicalapplicationsormiddlewarecomponents(suchasdecisionsupportcomponents)thatneedtoaccessorprovideEHRdata,orastherepresentationofEHRdatawithinadistributed(federated)recordsystem.ThisStandard,Part3ofthe13606EHRCommunicationsStandardSeries,definestermliststhateachspecifythesetofvaluesthatparticularattributesoftheReferenceModeldefinedinPart1ofthisSeriesmaytake.ItalsodefinesinformativeReferenceArchetypesthatcorrespondtoENTRY-levelcompounddatastructureswithintheReferenceModelsofopenEHRandHL7Version3,toenablethoseinstancestoberepresentedwithinaconsistentstructurewhencommunicatedusingthisstandard.
