【摘要】:Oneofthekeypropertiesforprintinginthelaboronproductionequipmentistheintensityofthecolor,colorbalanceanduniformity.Thistestcanbeusedtoensurethattheproperamountofinkistransferredtothesubstratebyobtainingatargetdensityvalue,inadditiontodeterminingwhethertheprintisuniformbymeasuringthereflectiondensityoverawideprintarea.Thisthenallowstheuseoftheprintforcontrolledtestingofotherappearanceproperties,suchasglossandcolor,andperformanceproperties,suchasresistancetoabrasionandchemicals.Thistestcanbeusedtohelpachieveconsistentcolorreproductionofprintedcoloronflatsurfaces.Transferofdensityreadingsfromonesetofinkstoanother,orfromonesubstratetoanother,carriesahighriskofproducingacolorortoneshift.Itisnotinthescopeofthistestmethodtousedensityreadingsasdigitalproofoftargetpointsforprintingprocesscontrol.1.1Thistestmethoddescribesaprocedureformeasuringreflectiondensityofprintedmatterusingareflectiondensitometerorspectrodensitometer.1.2Thistestmethodisintendedprimarilyforprocesscolors(yellow,magentaandcyan)andblack.Withappropriateinstrumentation,itmayalsobeusedforothercolors.1.3Thistestmethodappliestoprintsmadebyanyprintingprocessonaflatsurface,withreflectiondensityvaluesrangingfromjustabovezero,ontheunprintedsubstrate,throughtoaround2.5forverydenseprints.1.4Thistestmethodcanbeusedforprintsonpaper,filmorboardbutnotforthoseonmetalorfoil.Itcanbeconductedinthepressroomorlaboratory.1.5ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.6Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
