【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoverscored,annular,concentric-lay-strandedconductorsmadefromroundsoftcopperwires,eitheruncoatedorcoatedwithtinforuseaselectricalconductors(ExplanatoryNote1andNote2).1.2Theconstructionsprescribedhereinaresuitableforbareconductors,orforconductorstobecoveredwithweather-resistant(weather-proof)material,orforconductorstobeinsulatedwithrubber,varnishedcloth,orimpregnatedpaper,excepttypessuchasx201C;oil-filledx201D;orx201C;gas-filledx201D;(ExplanatoryNote3).1.3Cored,annularconductorconstructionsnotincludedinthisspecificationshallbespecificallyagreeduponbetweenthemanufacturerandthepurchaserwhenplacingtheorder.1.4Theseconstructionsarenotrecommendedforuseaselectricfurnaceleadswheregreatflexibilityisrequiredandspecialconductordesignsareindicatedinconsiderationoftheparticularservicerequirements.1.5TheSIvaluesfordensityareregardedasthestandard.Forallotherpropertiestheinch-poundvaluesaretoberegardedasstandardandtheSIunitsmaybeapproximate.
